We know that selecting the right letting agent is just as important as finding the right new home. We understand the wants and needs of all different types of tenants, and pride ourselves on building long term relationships, having grown our business based on our friendly and trustworthy reputation.
We manage a wide range of properties – which covering all types of accommodation – we should have something to suit most tenants’ requirements and budgets.
All viewings take place with an experienced Property Manager who will be able to answer your questions. We provide flexiblity on viewing times, so you can fit them around your availability. We can organise, with prior arrangement with the office, for you to view several properties during a single appointment. We carry out viewings up to 5pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 3pm on Fridays.
We keep the process as simple as possible with four steps:
1. Find your perfect property.
2. Arrange your viewing of the property by give us a call, or submitting a viewing request form on our property page
3. Complete an application form. We will need copies of your identification as required under current legislation, we may also require copies of recent payslips as part of the referencing. There is also a non-refundable admin fee of £200 (including VAT), additional tenant £50 payable per application to cover costs of referencing, credit checks, right to rent checks and associated administration costs.
4. Sign the tenancy agreement and move in. On completion of all required checks, all that remains is for you to head into our office to sign the lease. The lease period is initially for 6 months. One month's rent will be required in full. The covers your first month’s rent, and your deposit.
